Our dispute resolution process prioritizes direct communication between buyers and sellers. This approach typically leads to faster, more satisfactory outcomes for all parties. Flipz.store mediation is available when needed, subject to a flat mediation fee of $50.
A flat mediation fee of $50 is required to initiate formal Flipz.store mediation. This fee must be paid upfront by the party requesting mediation and is non-refundable once the mediation process begins. The fee is waived if you reach a mutual resolution before formal mediation begins.
All transaction funds are held for 48 hours before they can be withdrawn. This holding period allows time for any disputes to be raised. Withdrawal requests will only be processed after the holding period expires and no disputes are pending.
Before opening a formal dispute, buyers and sellers should attempt to resolve the issue through direct communication.
If direct resolution fails, open a dispute within 48 hours of the transaction. A $50 mediation fee is required if requesting Flipz.store intervention.
